Rugby Sevens is a very physical game played by two teams of seven players on a grass field with goalposts at either end. Teams can score by touching the ball to the ground in the opposing team's endzone (called a try), or kicking the ball through the uprights. The offense can only pass the ball sideways or backwards, although it can be kicked forward. The defense uses tackling to stop the offense's movement and force fumbles. Games last only 14 minutes.
