Figure Skating is an Olympic Sport played between individuals or pairs on an ice rink where competitors try to get the highest score by performing various moves on ice skates. There are men's and women's individual competitions, as well as pair skating and ice dancing competitions for men and women pairs. There are a set number of moves that the competitors must perform; the judges award the competitors a score based off their performance and the level of difficulty of the move performed.
